Meet at Squadrons Approach car park for Hornchurch Country Park walk. Hornchurch Country park is situated on the site of the former RAF Hornchurch, in the front line of the Battle of Britain. 2016 is the 80th Anniversary of the first flight of the Spitfire. An aircraft always associated with the Battle and RAF Hornchurch.
